No, a home inspection for a house is similar to you going to
the doctor for a physical checkup. If anything is seriously
wrong, you would be referred to a specialist. Because our
inspection is a visual inspection using non-invasive,
non-destructive testing methods, intermittent occurrences
may not be detected. Therefore, the property is evaluated as
to the condition at the time of the physical inspection only. If
the inspector should find a problem, your would be referred
to a specialist. EXAMPLE: if a problem with the furnace is
detected, a heating and cooling professional would be
recommended to further evaluate the problem.
