It's a fact of life, a lot of remodeled homes are not done by a Licensed and Bonded Contractor,
but by the home owner without permits. This leaves the door open for shoddy workmanship and improper
installations. Not all contractors are licensed bonded. There is NO inspection without a permit.

into the attic and insulation and now
attic has mold
