A-1 HOME INSPECTION SERVICE

How long does the inspection take?
The inspection will usually take between 2 and 3 hours to complete. Inspections times vary depending on
the size and age of the house being inspected. Your A-1 home inspector will allow for as much time as
needed to answer any questions you have concerning the property being inspected.
What will I receive after my inspection?
The inspector will provide you with a 15-30 page computerized detailed color report with color pictures
which outlines all majors areas of the home including heating, plumbing, electrical, roof , pools, spas and
more.
You will receive your report within 24 hours or same day in most cases. It can be emailed to
you in PDF file, USPS mail or hand delivered.
